After 15+ years of making hot sauces for myself and friends, then slowly making and selling by word of mouth, we decided to take the plunge and start a business. We have shipped all over the USA and have many repeat customers. We have very high standards and spent time and money finding a co-packer that shared our standards. For years, I tried other hot sauces that claimed to be VERY HOT. And, they were, however, I felt they lacked taste.
