Congaree and Penn Jupiter brown rice is freshly milled every week. Don't be surprised by its light color; Jupiter rice appears whiter than most traditional brown rice. Because our rice is stored on the husk, the milled grains maintain a high moisture content and tend to cook quickly. Congaree and Penn brown rice is a customer favorite!
Just around the corner from downtown Jacksonville, Congaree and Penn began as a rice farm. It’s flourished into acres of mayhaw orchards, olive orchards, vineyards and fruit fields. It's also become a home to thousands of honeybees, a few dozen fancy chickens, peafowl, Guinea fowl and two goats.
