It's plain old rice flour, and we use it for our Congaree and Penn's famous Friday Night Fish Fry. It's light, crunchy and crispy. We may be partial, but it's the best fish fry we've ever had. Just trust us.
Ingredients: Jupiter Brown Rice
Just around the corner from downtown Jacksonville, Congaree and Penn began as a rice farm. It’s flourished into acres of mayhaw orchards, olive orchards, vineyards and fruit fields. It's also become a home to thousands of honeybees, a few dozen fancy chickens, peafowl, Guinea fowl and two goats.
