Congaree and Penn Jupiter white rice is freshly milled every week. Just like our brown rice, but the grain is milled a touch longer to remove one more layer of fiber.
Just around the corner from downtown Jacksonville, Congaree and Penn began as a rice farm. It’s flourished into acres of mayhaw orchards, olive orchards, vineyards and fruit fields. It's also become a home to thousands of honeybees, a few dozen fancy chickens, peafowl, Guinea fowl and two goats.
