We planted our own organic olive orchard at the farm in the spring of 2021.  Our trees are now producing their first crops and we are making and packaging certified organic olives in our kitchen at the farm using our own delicious olives and other amazing olives we source from other farms. 

 Orchard Pond Green Olives are grown in Greece and pair well with fresh cheese such as chevre, fromage blanc, or gouda, as well as white wine, fish and poultry.  Green olives can also be used to instantly elevate the flavor of recipes such as roasted cauliflower, tuna salad, or deviled eggs
